Background: Will grew up amongst the royal rich of Ganymede. He never thought he was important, just a pawn in someone else's game. But he knows this game better than anyone, able to leave people in checkmate with just a few swift moves. He knows how to twist someone's hand, make a deal, until an equilibrium is found and no other move they'll make will give them the upper hand.
His main ability is that he can locate criminals by making leaps that no one else can. He can see motivations, tear down political leaders (for a hefty price), and assume people's personalities. He'd do this job for anyone, he doesn't discriminate. Money is money, and he loves it, no matter whose hand it's dealt from. The one issue with trying to work out people's motivations is gaining their mannerisms, their thoughts.
But soon the jobs became too much, the demands that people made started growing. He had to make quicker leaps, dive deeper into personalities that scared him. Soon, the money wasn't worth it, because he got too close. To find himself again, he decided to take the first ship off Ganymede. With too few clothes, a lot of money and a new name, he travelled across space, searching for a new place to call home.

- Quiet: often unassuming, lingering in the background. He prefers watching. It's the easiest way to figure out people's motivation.
- Reliable: often obsessive, give him money and a goal, and he'll complete it no matter the cost.
- Ability to blend into crowds: after years of trying to track people and learn of their motivations, he's mastered the ability to blend into crowds. Sometimes, this means shifting his personality a bit. He's certainly learned a lot from the politicians he's had to bring down.
- Always conscious of the time
Why he wants the supercomputer: someone's paid him to get it. He needs to money.
